POSITION: National Proposal Manager
LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City
REPORT TO: Vice President PEB Processes Proposal & Engineering
The purpose of this role is to:
•Manage the Proposal development process
•Manage Proposal staff including performance appraisal & salary review.
•Schedule Proposal requests and coordinates the information receive from internal departments.
•Manage quotations and proposal documents based on quantities/ concept drawings provided by proposal engineering group
•Work closely with other departments (Finance, Purchases, Manufacturing) and external suppliers to get necessary cost information in order to complete quotation in time
•Maintain proposal database.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Education
•Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Experience
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, building material, engineering or consultancy field
•Pre-engineered steel building experience a plus
•Fluent written and spoken English
•Good knowledge and skill in MS-Excel software required
•Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
Other Requirements:
•Ability to set schedules and deliver on commitments
•Demonstrated high level of integrity and initiative
