JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT
Work Location: Dist 1, HCMC
Reporting line: Senior South Project Sales Supervisor


Requirements

Education
• Bachelor degree major in Architect or Civil engineer

Experience and Background
• Computer skills – Auto CAD drawings
• English communication (able to use written and oral English)
• Broad overview of technical and building material knowledge
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition
• Be initiative and pro-active
• Be self-confident, strong team player
• Quick conceptual thinker – able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively
• At least 1 year experience as civil engineer

Key Accountabilities
• Provide technical services including designing drawings, calculating estimation and BOQ (Bill of quantity)
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance such as proposal, technical presentations to customers on how a product meets their needs
• Offer after-sales support services to customers
• Coordinate with Sales project team to deliver the assigned tasks
• Liaise with other technical experts to find technical solutions for the projects
• Solve customer’s problems in term of technical issues
