POSITION: Project Manager (2 Northern & 2 South)
LOCATION: HCMC and Northern
The purpose of this role is:
•Fully understand customer needs, charter project team appropriately and follow through until the expected results are achieved.
•To do Construction risk assessment, early involved during project proposal bidding.
•To be able to develop project cost analysis and lead best value option
•To be able to develop a plan to achieve project objectives, fully control change management process
•To develop and own the project communication plan between management and project team member, playing the interface across functional teams (Sale, Finance, Manufacturing..)
•To be responsible for project safety, quality, schedule and cost at ALL time
•To keep project documentation under control that could be audited anytime.
•To manage project documentation hand over and evaluation process properly
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Education & Experiences
•Bachelor Degree of Civil or Mechanical Engineering
•At least 5 years of General Construction Management experience.
•Familiar with Microsoft office, micro-soft project (planning & scheduling) and power point
Other Requirements:
•Business oriented
•Good listening and strong leadership skills
•Good communication and collaboration to work across functional teams
•Fluent written and spoken English
•Willingness to travel domestically and overseas if required
